We currently have these volunteer opportunities available.

Treasurer-Overlook budget of HOA and ensure we are being billed correctly for services. Give Quarter to date updates at HOA meeting as to budget. Communicate areas of success and opportunity. Make recommendations to cut costs and stay within budget. Make annual budget for the association.

Secretary-Coordinate quarterly meetings and meeting space. Take notes at all HOA meetings and send to Management group and web site designer for posting onto website. Be the "owner" of the community sign and sign at entrance of community for meetings and events.

Landscape Spaces Coordinator (NEW!) - Coordinates with irrigation and landscape maintenance companies to ensure quality and value. Ensure sprinkler system annual startup and annual inspection of heads and correct coverage. Coordinate with the management group to ensure payment is made for work completed. Recommend new landscaping and vendors if needed. Assist in working within the landscape budget. Turn sprinkler system(s) off when it has been raining cats and dogs.

HOA Aesthetics Improvement Coordinator (NEW!) - Potentially work with a budget and come up with ideas to improve the common spaces of community. Possibilities include contacting vendors to offer fertilizing or landscaping projects at HOA group pricing, coming up with a landscape lighting and budget plan for common space area. Other examples would be organizing a yearly fence tune up service from a vendor which could offer consistent service to all homeowners wanting to pay group pricing. Painting services and or other pre approved Architectural Committee projects could be included. Winter time "Holiday in Walnut Valley" lighting of trees in community or common space.
